A TROUGH AT 3.1 ABOVE MEAN SEA  LEVEL RUNS FROM GULF OF MARTABAN AND ADJOINING NORTH ANDAMAN SEA TO LAKSHDWEEP AREA ACROSS SOUTH OF BAY OF BENGAL RAYALASEEMA AND KERALA PERSISTS.

SOUTHWEST MONSOON  WEAK TO MODERATE OVER  SOUTH EAST  ARABIAN SEA  AND MODERATE OVER REST ARABIAN SEA.
