SUMMARY OF OBSERVATION RECORDED AT 0830 HRS IST
       

Southwest monsoon has further withdrawn from entire  Maharashtra and thus from entire region.

Hot day conditions prevailed over parts of south Konkan-Goa.

Weather was mainly dry over the state.

        On Tuesday,  Maximum temperatures fell over Saurashtra and changed little over rest of the region. They were appreciably above normal over north Konkan, south Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, above normal over north Madhya Maharashtra and Gujarat state.
         Minimum temperatures changed little over the region. They were appreciably below normal over north Madhya Maharashtra, above normal over south Gujarat region and normal elsewhere over the region.

 

39 deg. Cel. Recored at Bhuj and 14 deg. Cel. Recorded at Bhira were the Highest Maximum and lowest Minimum temperatures respectively over the region.
